Refund Policy

We at Comfy2Wear care about each and everyone of our customers. We hope that you enjoy shopping with us. Comfy2Wear accepts returns in two cases only:

  • If the product(s) received arrives in a damaged condition.
  • If the product(s) received doesn't match the requested one (size, color, etc..)
If your product is damaged or faulty (doesn't match the one you requested), you can email us with a video recording of the product showing the issue & request a refund. The video should be sent within 12 hours from the time you received your product(s). The video should show the contents of all the products inside the box (order that you received) and also show the condition of the product(s).

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. Please provide a video recording that the product is faulty or damaged.
  • The product must be in its original condition with the attached tag as it was received. We do not accept refunds on items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@comfy2wear.com and we will be happy to look further into the matter and help.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
