Cancellation Policy

This Policy outlines the expected time span for reporting the items ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.

• In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you can do that within 12 hours from the time you placed the order and no charges will be imposed.
• Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
• After the 12 hours window, a cancellation fee of AED24 will apply and will be deducted from the total payed amount by the customer.
